Studio time is precious.  If you know ahead of time that your child will miss their class for any reason, please let us know in writing only by emailing:  We are very busy during class hours and often don't remember if you tell us in person, so please make sure we see your message in our inbox.  We are always appreciative when you are able to give us at least 24 hours notice, so we can offer your child's spot to someone else for make-up.  We do understand that life happens, so if your child wakes up sick on their class day, please let us know before class starts.  We MUST be informed if your child will be out ahead of their scheduled class to receive a make-up. 

No exceptions! No shows = no make-ups!!


We do not issue refunds, or studio credits, so it’s important to plan ahead.  Please know, we’ll always do our best to be fair, understanding, and to kindly work with you, as every situation is unique. No tuition refunds or credits are given because of missed classes.  


Only one make-up class will be granted in a calendar month.  Make-up classes must be booked within 30 days and can only be used while your child is a current, registered student.  We do not bank them if your child takes a break from classes and they can not be used in lieu of tuition.  We will do our best to accommodate your schedule request. 




We are a small business that greatly appreciates your support.  We offer small group classes and often book every available space.  All registered students must be signed up on autopay with a current credit card and are charged for the upcoming month's tuition on the 1st of that month.  We require 7 days notice prior to the end of the current month to cancel your on-going class tuition or place it on hold. We appreciate this notice so we can fill the empty spot with a new student.  Cancellations must be in writing only and emailed to  Please put your child's name and "class cancellation" in the subject.  Failure to provide 7 days notice will result in a non-refundable charge for the upcoming month.  Class spaces are non-transferable. 



Unfortunately we can not offer refunds, credits, or make ups for any of our Specialty Classes.  This includes: ceramics, anime, digital art, etc.  These classes run in shorter sessions, with specific instructors, and are typically smaller classes.  



Camp registrations are final. A lot of planning, expenses, and time goes into producing our art camps/workshops/events, therefore we do not offer refunds, credits, or make up sessions.


No refunds or make-up days for missed camps. Registrations can be transferred to a different camp week during the current summer session, for the same artist, with a minimum of 7 days notice by email, space permitting.
