STUDIO ART & CERAMICS CLASSES: MISSED CLASS + MAKE-UPS

Includes our Itty Bitty, Lil Artist, Kids, and Teen/Adult on-going art  & Ceramics classes

 

 

 ONGOING, MONTHLY TUITION CLASSES 
 

Card on file will be charged tuition at the start of a new month. Minimum 7 days notice prior to billing date is required to cancel membership. Tuition reserves your child’s place in an ongoing class and is not based on attendance.

IF YOU NEED TO MISS A CLASS:​

Makeup classes are offered as a courtesy, are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

• 24-hour notice: A makeup class is issued only if you notify the studio at least 24 hours before the scheduled class in writing by emailing: art@iloveviridian.com (no phone calls please!)

• No-shows: No makeup for missed classes without notice.

• Makeup classes must be scheduled in advance based on availability.

• No cash value: Makeups cannot be credited, refunded, or applied to tuition, camps, or workshops and is also non-transferable.

• Make-ups must be used while your child is a current, registered student, during the current school year (mid August - mid June)

• If your child takes a break from classes any banked make-ups will be forfeited.

• Make-ups can not be used in lieu of tuition.

LATE PICKUP POLICY:

Classes end promptly at their scheduled time. We provide a 10 minute grace period for student pickup. If your child is picked up more than 10 minutes after class ends, a $10 late pickup fee will be charged. An additional $10 fee will be added for every 10 minutes thereafter.

Late pickup fees help compensate our staff for extended supervision and allow us to maintain a safe and well-supervised environment for all students.

EARLY DROP OFF POLICY:

Students should arrive at their scheduled class time. Our staff are busy preparing for classes and are unable to supervise students before class begins.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:  (for Lil Artist, Itty Bitty)

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted into class, as they have missed important instruction and entering late can disrupt the learning experience for other students. Tuition is not prorated, refunded, or credited for late arrivals. 

MONTHLY TUITION CANCELLATIONS 

Our studio art & ceramics classes are ongoing and tuition is charged by autopay on the 1st day of each month. We require 7 days notice, prior to the end of the current month to cancel or hold ongoing class tuition. We appreciate this notice so we can fill the empty spot with a new student.
Cancellations must be in writing only and emailed to Art@iLoveViridian.com. Please put your child's name and "class cancellation" in the subject. Failure to provide 7 days notice will result in a non-refundable charge for the upcoming month.
 

 

WORKSHOPS

Includes: Anime, Digital Art, Sewing and Ceramics sessions or single day workshops, events, On Campus Enrichment, etc.

We can not offer refunds, credits, or makeups for any of our single day workshops or workshop sessions. These classes run in shorter sessions, with specific instructors, and can not accommodate makeups.

ART CAMPS 

Camp registrations are final. A lot of planning, expenses, and time goes into producing our art camps, therefore we do not offer refunds, credits, or make up sessions.

No refunds or makeup days for missed camps. Registrations can be transferred to a different camp week during the current summer session, for the same artist, with a minimum of 7 days notice by email, space permitting.
