STUDIO ART & CERAMICS CLASSES: MISSED CLASS + MAKE-UPS

Includes our Itty Bitty, Lil Artist, Kids, and Teen/Adult on-going art  & Ceramics classes

If your child will be absent, we must be informed prior to their scheduled class in order to receive a make-up. No exceptions! NO SHOWS = NO MAKE-UPS!

We are always appreciative when you are able to give us at least 24 hours notice, so we can offer your child's spot to someone for make-up. We understand that life happens, so if your child wakes up sick on their class day, please let us know before class starts.
Make-ups are not guaranteed. Our classes often fill and we may not always have space. When you are ready to book a make-up class, please email your schedule request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We do not issue refunds or studio credits for missed classes. Make-ups are not transferable to specialty classes, camps, events, DIY, or retail products.
Make-ups must be used while your child is a current, registered student, during the current school year (mid August - mid June)
If your child takes a break from classes any banked make-ups will be forfeited.
Make-ups can not be used in lieu of tuition.

MONTHLY TUITION CANCELLATIONS 

Our studio art & ceramics classes are ongoing and tuition is charged by autopay on the 1st day of each month. We require 7 days notice, prior to the end of the current month to cancel or hold ongoing class tuition. We appreciate this notice so we can fill the empty spot with a new student.
Cancellations must be in writing only and emailed to Art@iLoveViridian.com. Please put your child's name and "class cancellation" in the subject. Failure to provide 7 days notice will result in a non-refundable charge for the upcoming month.
 

 

SPECIALTY ART CLASSES

Includes Anime, Digital Art, Craft Classes, On Campus Enrichment, etc.

We can not offer refunds, credits, or make-ups for any of our Specialty Class Sessions. These classes run in shorter sessions, with specific instructors, and can not accomidate make-ups.

ART CAMPS & WORKSHOPS

Camp registrations are final. A lot of planning, expenses, and time goes into producing our art camps/workshops/events, therefore we do not offer refunds, credits, or make up sessions.

No refunds or make-up days for missed camps. Registrations can be transferred to a different camp week during the current summer session, for the same artist, with a minimum of 7 days notice by email, space permitting.
