AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO OUR VIRIDIAN FAMILIES: 

We want to let you know what is going on at the studios for preventative measures and in the event of a necessary shut down. 

 

At VIRIDIAN ART, the health and safety of our students and staff is of utmost importance with the rising concerns about the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). With respect to recent developments we are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of your families and our staff. We want you to feel comfortable and confident  that we are taking measures to keep you and your children safe when you come to our classes.

 

We want to share how we are taking appropriate measures to continue to operate safely.

 

IMMEDIATE POLICIES IN PLACE AT BOTH STUDIOS

• Our team is disinfecting all high points of contact and hard surfaces twice a day. Before and after each class.

• As a precautionary step, we will direct our students to wash their hands upon arrival at VIRIDIAN and after class, as they usually do. This will prevent the spread of germs on our shared studio art supplies.

• Most importantly, we ask parents to please keep sick students home. 

 

ALL CURRENTLY ENROLLED MARCH STUDENTS: if you feel attending classes is too risky, we completely understand. Please take advantage of our make up policy once you feel comfortable to return to class. We will honor make up classes during this time indefinitely. In the event we decide to temporarily close, tuition for March will be put on hold and will resume when it is safe to open the studio again. Any classes missed due to a closure, will be a monetary credit on your account.

 

ON CAMPUS ART ENRICHMENT CLASSES: if you are currently in session or have paid for the upcoming session, we will resume enrichment classes when schools reopen and we are notified that we can return to campus. We will adjust the dates accordingly and notify you of date changes.

 

In the event of a business closure, we will:

• Cancel all in-person classes and offer live online classes to all enrolled students and other video based art lessons on VIRIDIAN ART ONLINE

• Offer curbside pick-up of Pre-Ordered Art Supplies: 

       - MUST HAVE Art Supplies to participate in our online classes (can also be purchased on amazon)

       - VIRIDIAN ART KITS (can also be ordered online via AMAZON or ETSY and delivered right to your door)

       - DIY Art Projects

As a small business, it’s a scary time, as we are trying to do what’s best for the collective “US”. There’s a lot of uncertainty, we hope to remain an outlet for our students to learn and create.
